CBRE nets landmark management contract.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced that the company's Asset Services group has been awarded a contract to provide property management services for a 25 million-square-foot California portfolio owned by AMB AMB Ambient

The approximately 300 buildings, evenly divided between Northern and Southern California Southern California, also colloquially known as SoCal, is the southern portion of the U.S. state of California. Centered on the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, Southern California is home to nearly 24 million people and is the nation's second most populated region, , encompass industrial parks, distribution centers and warehouses in the Bay Area and greater Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  markets. With these additional properties, CBRE's California management portfolio totals more than 100 million square feet, the largest in the state.

AMB is CBRE's largest industrial Asset Services client, with a portfolio now approaching 29 million square feet.
