CBRE negotiates 36,000 s/f First Indemnity sale/leaseback.

 Vice President Nick Savage negotiated on behalf of FIA, an ABSCO ABSCO Absorption Coefficient  subsidiary. ABSCO is a holding company for a diversified group of businesses including a surety bond firm, a healthcare adjustor and a security trading firm, which will all continue to occupy the building for the next ten years. FIA will continue to operate the facility and pay rent on a net basis to Littleton Road Associates.
