CBRE lands exlcusive for former Saks department store.

CB Richard Ellis' Long Island office has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the former Saks Fifth Avenue department store property located at 1300 Franklin Avenue in Garden City, NY. The CBRE team of Ray Ruiz, Edward Fitzsimons and Bruce Nelson will oversee the leasing campaign on behalf of the property's ownership, Alfred Weissman Real Estate, Inc.
