CBRE inks 65,000 s/f renewal and handles $6m sale.

In an indication of its attractiveness to both tenants and investors, 40 Oakview Drive in Trumbull, CT recently saw both a major lease renewal transaction and a change in building ownership

In the first transaction, Sean Cahill Sean is a Hurler player from Laois in Ireland.

Because it is fully-leased to a tenant with excellent credit, 40 Oakview provided Park Place with the opportunity to acquire a property with long term stability and income potential.

"This transaction encompassed a number of challenging components involving both the lease and sale of a single-tenant, three-story office building located in the heart of Trumbull," said Mr. Cahill.

"By working closely with the seller, buyer and tenant, we were able to negotiate two separate transactions at the same time while meeting the stringent requirements set by all the parties involved," added Mr. Dillon.
