On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for 85 Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park Ridgefield Park, village (1990 pop. 12,454), Bergen co., NE N.J., on the Hackensack River; inc. 1892. Chiefly residential, it manufactures some paper goods. , N.J.

A high-powered, senior leasing team has been assembled for this 235,057 s/f, class A office facility, led by Steve Siegel, chairman of brokerage services, Patrick Murphy, executive managing director of New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 tri-state suburban markets, and David Sherman, executive vice president.
