CBRE gearing up to lease 200,000 s/f of spec space.


Following an enormously successful leasing campaign at 100 Motor Parkway, the Long Island office of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  is now ready to tackle the marketing of Phase II, a 200,000-plus square-foot, Class A speculative office development located at 102 Motor Parkway and undertaken by TRITEC Real Estate Company.

In a section of Long Island well known to be "supply -constrained," 102 Motor Parkway is one of only a handful of Class A office buildings that can be delivered in the Suffolk County Suffolk County may refer to:
