CBRE exec' honored by Real Estate Institute.


Monmouth University announced that it will host the eleventh annual Real Estate Institute Leadership Excellence Award Dinner on Thursday, June 3, 2004 at 6 p.m.

The event will honor Patrick Murphy, Executive Managing Director, NY Tri-State Suburban Markets, CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , for his extraordinary leadership and contributions to the state and real estate and business communities.

A 21-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Murphy most recently served as executive director of the New Jersey operations of Insignia/ESG, before its merger with CB Richard Ellis in July 2003.

In addition to his abilities as a manager, Murphy is recognized as a premiere real estate advisor and dealmaker.
