On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for a landmark office building at 2090 Adam Clayton Powell Adam Clayton Powell can refer to:

Formerly serving as a hotel and a vibrant center for life in Harlem, the property known as "Theresa Towers" was converted to office use in 1971 and declared a landmark by the city of New York New York, state, United States
