CBRE exclusive agent for Harlem's landmark Theresa Towers.

CB Richard Ellis has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for a landmark office building at 2090 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard in the heart of the historic Harlem.

Formerly serving as a hotel and a vibrant center for life in Harlem, the property known as "Theresa Towers" was converted to office use in 1971 and declared a landmark by the city of New York in 1993.
