CBRE deal wins award.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  was honored with the prestigious 2004 "Deal of the Year" award presented by Reckson Associates Realty Corp. at a recent event. The brokerage firm was recognized for its representation of Nassau county Nassau County is the name of two counties in the United States of America:
  • Nassau County, New York
  • Nassau County, Florida
 on a 217,000s/f lease at 60 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard Lindbergh Boulevard named after the aviator, Charles Lindbergh, is a section of U.S. Route 67 that extends through Missouri. Often referred to as just Lindbergh a section of the highway in St. Louis County is highly popular to the teenage recreation of cruising.  in Uniondale, N.Y.

 Long Island team of Philip Heilpern, Richard Karson, Martin Lomazow and David Zelinski, together with Dan Knopf, Lewis Miller, Kevin Powderly, Thomas Shirocky and Stephen Siegel from CBRE's Midtown office, were honored for negotiating a transaction that consolidated the county's Department of Health & Human Services in the Reckson-owned property. CBRE was able to identify the ideal site for the HHS HHS Department of Health and Human Services.  operations and structured the complex deal in just three months.
