CBRE completes medical leases for 112,000 s/f operation.


Bracco Research and Bracco Diagnostics, companies within the Bracco Group, a multinational manufacturer of medical imaging systems, have leased a total of 112,000 s/f of space in two buildings at College Park at Princeton Forrestal Center.

Both companies are long-time College Park tenants and have entered into new long-term lease renewals. Bracco Research, a developer of diagnostic imaging products with special expertise in products for magnetic resonance imaging magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), noninvasive diagnostic technique that uses nuclear magnetic resonance to produce cross-sectional images of organs and other internal body structures. , has leased 35,000 s/f of space at 305 College Road East as one of the company's three international research centers.
