CBRE completes Morristown deal.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has completed a 12,350 s/f lease at Morristown Plaza, a 123,000 s/f Class A office complex located at 161-163 Madison Avenue in Morristown.

CB Richard Ellis' executive vice president Jeffrey Heller and associate Peter Hedley represented the landlord, Northeast Office Associates LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 c/o Trammell Crow Company's Acquisition Funds, in this transaction. Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc.'s manager and senior vice president James Sousa represented the tenant, Colas Inc., a holding company of road construction and materials companies located throughout the United States.
