CBRE completes Glenpointe Center deal.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has recently completed a 50,615 s/f lease on behalf of the law firm DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick, Cole & Wisler, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , at Glenpointe Center West, a 330,000 s/f office building, located at 500 Frank W. Burr Frank W. Burr was the mayor of Teaneck, New Jersey from 1970-1974. He was a Methodist and an advocate for the Glenpointe development at the intersection of the New Jersey Turnpike (a portion of Interstate 95) and Interstate 80.  Boulevard in Teaneck. CB Richard Ellis' Nicholas Savage, Charles Laginestra, Michael Laginestra, Ron Volk and Thomas Tucci represented the tenant in this transaction. The landlord, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, was represented in-house.

"We are pleased to have completed this lease on behalf of DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick, Cole & Wisler," stated Savage. "The firm's current lease at Glenpointe Center West is divided between two separate floors in noncontiguous space. This new lease enabled the firm to consolidate and relocate to the entire fifth floor of the building to achieve maximum efficiency for its office needs with minimal capital expenditures."

A major capital improvement program is underway at Glenpointe Center West, which will include renovations to the Marriott at Glenpointe and Spa, as well as all new ceilings, accented lighting, seating, fountains, aquarium, stone floors and wall coverings. There will be additional renovations to the food court, atrium atrium (ā`trēəm), term for an interior court in Roman domestic architecture and also for a type of entrance court in early Christian churches. The park features three interconnected office buildings totaling 650,000 square feet of space: Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and the Atrium at Glenpointe; the 26,000 s/f Spa at Glenpointe; the 350-room Marriott at Glenpointe Hotel and Conference Center; and The Courts of Glenpointe, a 164-unit residential community.
