CBRE closes Cmed lease.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has represented Cmed, Inc., in its 11,000 s/f U.S. headquarters lease at Mountain Heights Center at 430 Mountain Ave. in Berkeley Heights.

    Mountain Heights Center is an office building set in a 24-acre, park-like setting, and features newly renovated common areas, a two-story atrium atrium (ā`trēəm), term for an interior court in Roman domestic architecture and also for a type of entrance court in early Christian churches. The Roman atrium was an unroofed or partially roofed area with rooms opening from it. , a loading dock, a state-of-the-art energy management system and key card access. The four-story building also has on-site management, security, a full-service cafeteria and a full-service fitness center.
