CBRE closes 100,000 s/f in deals.

CB Richard Ellis announced that it has successfully closed more than 100,000 s/f in office leasing transactions at Lanidex Executive Center in Parsippany, N.J. Led by CBRE's Susan Mason, director of leasing, in conjunction with Kevin Welsh, first vice president, and Robert Ryan, associate, CBRE successfully completed this recent leasing campaign over a 12-month period.

Acquired by Chicago-based Transwestern Investment Company in December of 2001, this 280,000 s/ f, six-building campus has since undergone $3.6 million in capital improvements, including exterior site lighting, landscaping upgrades, lobby and restroom renovations, roof and RTU replacements, elevator cab refurbishments as well as facade replacements on two buildings.

New leasing transactions included US Express Leasing, TEK Systems, Inc., Actus Lend Lease and HRA, LLC.

In addition, lease renewals were signed with Great American Insurance Company, Moore Wallace North America, MDE Financial and Networld. Lanier Worldwide, Scotwork, Canterbury Consulting, ASE USA and Screenvision Direct each expanded their existing premises at Lanidex Executive Center.

"The repositioning program that Transwestern implemented for Lanidex Executive Center was exceptional and has generated measurable results," said Ms. Mason.

"The upgrades, coupled with the complex's excellent location within Morris county, its campus setting and outstanding amenities, has proven to be a significant draw for tenants of all sizes.

"Since Lanidex is comprised of six buildings, 200-700 Lanidex Plaza, it affords tenants greater flexibility for growth and expansion within the campus."

The campus is strategically located at the intersection of Interstates 80 and 287, offers easy access to Routes 10.46 and 202. and is within minutes of Route 24 and Interstate 78.

Its convenient location is within 25 minutes of Newark Airport and 35 minutes away from New York City. Lanidex Executive Center is situated on an attractive 50-acre campus.
