CBRE boosts investment sales team.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced that Chris Riley Chris J. Riley (born December 8, 1973) is an American golfer.

Riley was born in San Diego, California. He attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he became the first four-year All-American in any sport. In 1995 he played for the United States in the Walker Cup.

, and Brad Rodgers are joining the firm's Investment Properties group, concentrating on the industrial property sector.

The three were formerly with the Atlanta office of Trammell Crow F. Trammell Crow (born June 11, 1914, in Dallas, Texas) is an American property developer who created several famous projects, including Dallas Market Center, Peachtree Center (Atlanta, Georgia), and San Francisco's Embarcadero Center.  Company, where they built a strong track record marketing and selling single assets and entire portfolios on behalf of their owners.

Riley, Fallon, and Rodgers have more than 46 years of combined real estate experience and have sold 50 million square feet of properties with an aggregate value in excess of $2.5 billion.

Focusing on the sale of industrial, office/flex, and suburban office properties, they have completed assignments in 29 different markets across the country and plan to increase their geographic coverage as members of the CBRE team.

Riley and Fallon have both been named Executive Vice Presidents, and Rodgers has been named First Vice President with CBRE.
