CBRE arranges sale of LI office building.


The Long Island office of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has arranged the $2.5 million sale of 14 Front Street located in Hempstead, NY.

The three-story office property was purchased by Front Street Enterprise LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 team of Joseph Kondracke and Bruce Bruce, Scottish royal family descended from an 11th-century Norman duke, Robert de Brus. He aided William I in his conquest of England (1066) and was given lands in England.  Nelson represented both the seller, 14 Front Street LLC and the new ownership in the sale negotiations.

Located in the heart of Hempstead, the 33,000-square-foot office building is currently fully occupied.

In addition to the new ownership, the former owners of the property occupy 11,000 square feet of office space and have extended their lease term for additional years.
