The geographically diverse portfolio, totaling nearly 2 million square feet consists of 25 properties, most situated within corporate campus settings. Previously owned by Baker Properties, CB Richard Ellis recently arranged a $209 million sale of all the assets to an affiliate of Lighthouse. The assets include five properties totaling 449,600 s/f in Morris Plains, NJ; 10 buildings totaling 587,637 s/f located in corporate parks throughout Elmsford and Port Chester, NY; and 10 properties totaling 838,436 s/f in Fairfield and New Haven Counties, CT, including five properties in an Interstate 95 corporate campus in Orange, CT. Out of the entire portfolio, five properties offer immediate occupancy, while four will be ready for occupancy this summer.
