CBRE Tri-state team on the Ball with $17m sale.

, an entity controlled by Houlihan Parnes, in the sale of the Ball Corporation Warehouse, a 496,200 SF facility in Baldwinsville, NY, for $17.15 million.

Dunne was also responsible for procuring the buyer, The Cardinal Company.

The Ball Corporation Warehouse is a state-of-the-art 100% net-leased production, warehousing and distribution facility located 12 miles northwest of downtown Syracuse Downtown Syracuse is the economic center of Syracuse, New York, and Central New York, employing over 30,000 people, and housing over 2,000. It is also one of the 26 officially recognized neighborhoods of Syracuse. .

The property, which is situated within the 900-acre Radisson Corporate Park, a mixed-use development Mixed-use development refers to the practice of allowing more than one type of use in a building or set of buildings. In planning zone terms, this can mean some combination of residential, commercial, industrial, office, institutional, or other land uses.  community with tenants such as Anheuser Busch, McLane Northeast and Genesee Valley Group Health, is leased to the Ball Corporation through May 2018.

Dunne commented, "This 100% net-leased property is a high quality asset, located in a campus setting within a strong industrial region. It should provide The Cardinal Company with a stable cash flow over the long-term."

The sale is the latest success for the team.

They have recently closed on the sales of Mt. Kemble Corporate Center in Morristown, NJ ($38.75 million) and the Maxwell House Maxwell House is a brand of coffee manufactured by a like-named division of Kraft Foods. It is named in honor of the Maxwell House Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. For many years until the late 1980s it was the largest-selling coffee in the U.S. and is currently (ca.  Site in Hoboken, NJ ($76 million) among others.
