CBRE Melody arranges $185m credit facility for fund.

The credit facility funded the repositioning of 17 assets, part of a 2,783,000 s/f portfolio, and additionally helped facilitate various acquisitions. Hampshire Partners Fund VI owns properties in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, all well suited for value enhancement. The transaction was completed with the assistance from CBRE's Tri-State Investment Team led by Jeff Dunne Jeffrey "Jeff" Dunne born 14 May 1956 is a former Australian rules footballer.
