The New York office of CBRE I Melody, the real estate investment banking division of CB Richard Ellis, announced that it has promoted Keith Braddish to managing director. In addition, Michael Sherman and Geoff Rice have been promoted to senior directors, and Jason Gaccione, vice president.

Braddish has been in commercial real estate for almost 20 years and has been active in all areas of commercial real estate lending. As a real estate broker, he has placed over $5 billion in mortgage financings and equity. He has successfully led the New York office.

Rice's commercial real estate career spans more than 40 years. He is active in all facets of commercial real estate lending as both a real estate broker and lender. Rice has been involved in the solicitation and/or placement of over $4.5 billion in mortgage financings.

Sherman has arranged over $4.5 billion of debt and equity transactions in his 32-year career as a mortgage broker. Sherman joined CBRE I Melody in July 2003. Prior to joining CBRE I Melody, Sherman spent nine years as a senior managing director in Insignia/ESG's Finance and Capital Markets Group responsible for mortgage placements.

Gaccione has been in commercial real estate for 6 years active in all areas of commercial real estate lending. His expertise lies in the underwriting and valuation of income producing real estate. He has been integrally involved in the placement of more than $1 billion in commercial financings.
