This new annual award is given to a broker with 2-3 years of experience in the business who is among the top earners in his or her group. "Brad has displayed a tremendous amount of potential and achieved a great deal of success in a short amount of time," said Dean Shapiro, Executive Managing Director at CBRE. Among Mr. Needleman's notable achievements include a three-year global assignment with Scientific Games, resulting from his work on behalf of the lottery and gaming company. Other deals of note include a 56,000 s/f lease for HSH Nordbank at 230 Park Avenue and the disposition of 135,000 sq. ft. for Reed Elsevier at 360 Park Avenue. Mr. Needleman is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and on the Young Professional Committee of the Corrine Goldsmith Dickinson Center for Multiple Sclerosis at Mount Sinai.
