CBRE/Melody teams negotiate $49m in financing for retail, housing ventures.

Meanwhile, Keith Braddish and Jason Gaccione of CBRE | Melody's New York office were exclusively retained on behalf of Broad Mill Development Corp to secure a $15,375,000 loan for the acquisition and redevelopment of a mid-rise 24 unit condominium project in the Chelsea section of Manhattan.

Located at 159 West 24th Street the condominium boasts an aesthetically distinguished appearance, in one of the cities hottest neighborhoods.

The redevelopment of the condominium will be led by Eamon Roche of Broad Channel Builders Corp. together with Eric Gray and Joshua Sacks of Millhouse Properties LLC.

Roche commented, "We are excited about this opportunity to bring high quality residences to a dynamic neighborhood. We look forward to offering purchasers a differentiated product in what we sense to be a homogenous homogenous - homogeneous  marketplace."
