CBRE's Tom Mallaney to chair county's EDC.


Thomas Mallaney, first vice president with CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A..
