CBQ will continue to evaluate potential acquisitions and strategic investments in companies that leverage CBQ's core competencies in Internet Development, Hosting, Access and Payment Processing. CBQ will also continue to align itself with high quality technology and content providers to improve its overall capabilities.

The recent acquisition of ChinaSoft will allow CBQ to better service its customers by expanding its Internet E-Business Development capabilities by having access to a large staff of highly qualified developers in China. 1stinhealth is another example of CBQ's strategy to acquire companies that leverage CBQ's ability to develop e-business strategies and implement them fully. The e-Health industry is estimated at over 5 billion dollars in the year 2000 with healthy growth over the next decade.

CBQ will generate revenue in several key areas:

Additional sales and marketing programs that will enable these revenue streams to be fully developed are being generated at this time. They include plans to recruit many of the 25,000 IT Resellers that are in 131 countries found on TechnologyNet.com, Internet advertising, direct advertising programs with our subsidiaries, major oil companies, major financial and news publications and other media outlets. These plans will be released as they are finalized.

Currently, CBQ is generating revenue from over 35 websites that it has developed or helps to maintain and processes over 40,000 transactions per month in its Priority One Electronic Commerce Corporation subsidiary. CBQ continues to generate revenue from over 500 customers in its Internet Access Division.
