:CBQI) announced today the appointment of Eugene Yano to its management team. He will serve as vice president and chief financial officer, bringing extensive financial experience and understanding of working in Chinese markets to CBQ as it continues efforts in that region.

Prior to joining CBQ, Yano was with Coopers & Lybrand LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  for a total of 14 years in the Palo Alto, San Jose, San Francisco, New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 and Detroit offices. More recently, he was a principal in his own firm.

Yano has expertise in the acquisition of venture capital and other financing, as well as consulting on numerous mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances. He has also represented many Chinese firms in the United States and has many years of experience on Chinese financial matters. Yano received his M.B.A. from The University of Michigan (body, education) University of Michigan - A large cosmopolitan university in the Midwest USA. Over 50000 students are enrolled at the University of Michigan's three campuses. The students come from 50 states and over 100 foreign countries. . He is a CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  in California and Michigan.
