: CBL) today announced it will provide an online Web simulcast and rebroadcast of its 2001 fourth quarter and year-end earnings release conference call.

The live broadcast of CBL's quarterly conference call will be available online at www.cblproperties.com, as well as www.streetevents.com, www.companyboardroom.com and www.videonewswire.com on Thursday, February 7, 2002, beginning at 11:00 a.m. EST EST electroshock therapy.
