:CBL Cbl cobalamin. ) today announced that the underwriters have exercised their over-allotment option to purchase 281,625 additional shares of 9% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders.

Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate.
 at $25 per share. Similarly, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Bank purchased an additional 93,375 shares of Preferred Stock.

The Company sold in total 2,875,000 shares at $25 per share, raising $71,875,000 in gross offering proceeds. The net proceeds Net Proceeds

CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. is a real estate investment trust which owns regional malls and community shopping centers, primarily in the Southeast and select markets in the Northeast and Midwest. The Company has a portfolio of 123 properties in 25 states totaling 27.1 million square feet, manages an additional 2.6 million square feet of non-owned shopping centers, and presently has under construction eight new projects totaling approximately 2.3 million square feet, including one mall, one associated center, four community centers and two expansions.
