(NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :CBL Cbl cobalamin. ) today announced that the underwriters have exercised their over-allotment option to purchase 281,625 additional shares of 9% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders. Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate. at $25 per share. Similarly, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Bank purchased an additional 93,375 shares of Preferred Stock. The Company sold in total 2,875,000 shares at $25 per share, raising $71,875,000 in gross offering proceeds.
