Opened in October 1999, the mall was originally to be anchored by Dillard's, Parisian, Sears, and Upton's. , a 1,300,000-square-foot, two-level regional mall to be built in Atlanta (Douglasville), Georgia. Dillard's, Parisian, Sears, Upton's and Regal Cinemas will anchor Arbor Place Mall on approximately 125 acres at the intersection of Chapel Hill Road, Douglas Boulevard and Interstate 20, providing excellent accessibility and visibility to Arbor Place Mall.
