CBH Consultants Announces Acquisition of Operations of the Lighthouse Group.

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif. -- CBH Consultants, the leading provider of performance management solutions and key Cognos Strategic Platinum Partner, announced their completed transaction today to acquire the operations of Lighthouse Group (LHG), a Gold Certified Microsoft Solutions Partner. LHG is a Norcross, Ga.-based company with offices in Pasadena, Calif. This acquisition gives customers added resources, knowledge, and ability as they seek to achieve better business performance.

LHG is one of only a few firms to have certified competencies with Microsoft in three complementary areas: Information Worker, Business Intelligence, and Microsoft Business Solutions. The team is comprised of experienced software development, business analysis and project management professionals. They have a track record of outstanding solution development using prepackaged and developed software.

Johnson will be the practice manager of the Microsoft Consulting Services and the Innovation and Technical Services groups. This group, located Burbank, Calif., will provide development and technical support to all of CBH's practices. In addition to their innovation in leading Microsoft tools such as Solomon, Navision, InfoPath, CRM Project, SharePoint, and .Net, the team will be working with the Cognos development toolkit. The acquisition will add teams in Seattle, Atlanta and Los Angeles.
