CBCom Inc. Announces Plans for Billing Internet Access Fees to Mobile Telephone.

Upon successful completion of this trial operation in Tianjin, anticipated to occur by the end of May, work will commence on fully integrating billing and collection systems with Internet access fees so that mobile telephone users will have the ability to charge Internet access fees to their mobile telephone bill.

This eliminates the need to purchase prepaid cards for those customers having mobile telephones. Currently, CHINANET, the market leader, and other government-sponsored ISPs bill Internet access fees to their customers' residential or commercial telephone bill. The new billing service can give Chinet a significant competitive edge in the ISP (1) See in-system programmable.
