Toronto--CBC radio has some admirable features: excellent classical music on Radio 2, good traffic reports and marks-for-trying weather reports on Radio 1; and no irritating commercials. Alas, their newscasts and talkshows continue to put their ideological slips not just on show, but unapologetically flapping A condition in which a route in a network becomes unavailable and available over and over again.
