CBA issues outsourcing disclosure regulation.


The CBA See Capital Builder Account.  has issued a regulation notice informing licensees of amendments to Regulation 54.1.

The changes require CPAs using any outsourcing (1) Contracting with outside consultants, software houses or service bureaus to perform systems analysis, programming and datacenter operations. Contrast with insourcing. See netsourcing, ASP, SSP and facilities management.  service to provide clients with a written notice that information is being shared with others. The notice also must include mention that the confidential information Noun 1. confidential information - an indication of potential opportunity; "he got a tip on the stock market"; "a good lead for a job"

 is being shared with those outside the U.S. if that is the case.

In return, the CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  would need the client's permission in writing.
