CBA Annual Conference is Set to Promote Biopharmaceutical Partnership Across the Pacific.


ROCKVILLE, Md. -- The Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association-USA (CBA See Capital Builder Account. ) announced today that its Annual Conference will be held in Rockville, Maryland Rockville is the county seat of Montgomery County, Maryland, United States. According to the 2006 census update, the city had a total population of 59,114, making it the second largest city in Maryland. , June 2-3, 2007. The theme of this year's CBA Annual Conference is Biopharmaceutical Development: From Discovery to Commercialization. The conference will virtually cover all critical areas in biopharmaceutical development. Over 20 experts from industry, academia and government agencies will share their vision, insight and experiences.

CBA's Annual Conference, in its 12th year, will highlight steps critical to the success translation of a discovery to a commercial product. The gathering is specifically designed to provide an intimate setting for collaboration and exchange among companies who have cutting-edge discoveries and development both in the U.S. and in China. "This conference is designed to be a unique platform for building international collaborations and business partnerships into China, one of the world's fastest growing economies, and into the US, the largest economy in the world," said Dan Zhang, President, and Yuling Li, President-Elect of the Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association-USA (CBA).
