CB Richard Ellis has promoted Sacha Zarba, brokerage; Doug Lehman and Andrew Sussman, consulting group, and Bill Mooney, global corporate services, to senior vice president. They were previously first vice presidents.

* Mr. Lehman has represented numerous clients in complex sales and leasing transactions during his 11 years with CBRE. He recently arranged Deutsche Bank's $1.2 billion sale-leaseback of 60 Wall St. and the $2.6 billion disposition of Hudson Waterfront Associates' offshore entities, which owns a 70% controlling interest in 1290 Avenue of the Americas in New York and Bank of America Tower in San Francisco, collectively totaling 3.8 million square feet. He also arranged 400,000 s/f of leases at Harborside; Segal Co.'s 162,000 s/f lease at 333 West 34th St.; SIFMA's 90,000 s/f renewal and expansion at 120 Broadway, and more than 100,000 s/f of transactions for Beacon Capital at 32 Old Slip.

* Mr. Mooney is the leader of CBRE's Transaction Management practice in the Tri-State region. He is responsible for business development and account management working with clients including WPP, Siemens, Walt Disney, Medco, TIAA-CREF and McGraw Hill. Mr. Mooney has been with CBRE for 11 years. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a senior real estate manager for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's real estate department in the New York area

* Mr. Sussman specializes in acquisition for financial services, law and entertainment firms. Recent transactions include AIG's assumption of Goldman Sachs' 803,000 s/f lease at 180 Maiden Lane; Viacom's 394,000 s/f lease at 345 Hudson St.; Lehman Brothers' 450,000 s/f lease at 1271 Avenue of the Americas, and Simon & Schuster's 292,000 s/f lease at 1230 Avenue of the Americas. He has also worked with Allied World Assurance, Baker Botts, CBS, Citadel, and Haynes and Boone.

* Mr. Zarba, 31, has completed a wide range of transactions for firms in the financial services, education, law and advertising industries. His recent transactions include WPP's 100,000 s/f lease at 11 Madison Avenue; Estee Lauder's 65,000 s/f lease at 130 Prince Street law firm Kobre & Kim's 40,000 s/f renewal and expansion at 800 Third Avenue. He has also completed more than 100,000 s/f of Midtown and Downtown transactions on behalf of the City University of New York. As a landlord representative, Mr. Zarba recently completed a 20-year, 65,000 s/f transaction for the ALCC.
