On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has announced four executive promotions within its New Jersey offices. Edward J. DaCosta was named executive vice president; Bradford C. Fenlon was named senior vice president; Kevin Welsh was named senior vice president; and Gregory H. Barkan was named first vice president.

Formerly senior vice president, DaCosta now serves as executive vice president of CB Richard Ellis Global Corporate Services Activities that combine or consolidate certain enterprise-wide needed support services, provided based on specialized knowledge, best practices, and technology to serve internal (and sometimes external) customers and business partners.  Group, representing major corporate clients throughout New Jersey and the nation.

He has been consistently ranked as the firm's top producer in the Central New Jersey office from 1996 through 2005. He holds a bachelors in business administration from Villanova University and currently resides in Basking Ridge, New Jersey Basking Ridge is an unincorporated area located in Central Northern New Jersey within Bernards Township in the Somerset Hills region of Somerset County, New Jersey.

The area was settled during the early days of the country.

Formerly first vice president, Fenlon now serves as senior vice president. In 2005, he concluded over 350,000 s/f of transactions, including the 100,000-square-foot lease transaction on behalf of QualCare, Inc. in Piscataway, NJ. Mr. Fenlon's client list includes Nextel, Qualcare, The Patrinely Group and Teleglobe.

He holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Wesleyan College and currently resides in Green Brook, New Jersey.

Formerly first vice president Welsh now serves as senior vice president. In 2005, he concluded over one million s/f of lease and sales transactions including the sale of 445 South Street in Morristown; Ridgedale Corporate Center in East Hanover; and 20 Independence Boulevard in Warren.

Welsh holds bachelors degree in American Studies from the University of Bridgeport University of Bridgeport is a private, non-sectarian university in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. Its campus is located in South Bridgeport on Long Island Sound. The University offers undergraduate, graduate, and health sciences programs.  and a MS from the University of Massachusetts The system includes UMass Amherst, UMass Boston, UMass Dartmouth (affiliated with Cape Cod Community College), UMass Lowell, and the UMass Medical School. It also has an online school called UMassOnline. .

Formerly vice president, Barkan now serves as first vice president. Over the course of his career, he has concluded in excess of $600 million worth of lease and sales transactions.

He holds a bachelors degree in Urban Studies from Rutgers University and an MS in commercial real estate finance from New York University New York University, mainly in New York City; coeducational; chartered 1831, opened 1832 as the Univ. of the City of New York, renamed 1896. It comprises 13 schools and colleges, maintaining 4 main centers (including the Medical Center) in the city, as well as the . Barkan currently resides in Mahwah, New Jersey Mahwah is a township in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 24,062. The name Mahwah is derived from the Lenni Lenape word "mawewi" which means "Meeting Place" or "Place Where Paths Meet". .
