CB Richard Ellis to market former Today's Man space.


The CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  retail services group has been awarded the exclusive leasing agency for the former Today's Man retail space at 529 Fifth Ave.

The building is owned by Silverstein Properties and the retail space is a true standout in the vibrant, highly-trafficked Fifth Avenue shopping corridor.

It is the one of largest libraries in the world. , Grand Central Terminal and Bryant Park and in close proximity to Times Square. Major retailers in the area include Saks Fifth Avenue Saks Fifth Avenue is a chain of upscale American department stores that is owned and operated by Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises (SFAE), a subsidiary of Saks Incorporated.
