CB Richard Ellis handles Toys R Us Parker Plaza lease.

Jack Parker (born March 11, 1945 in Somerville, Massachusetts) is the current head coach of the Boston University Terriers men's ice hockey team.

On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , announced that ToysRUs.com has leased 47,000 square feet of space at Parker Plaza, located at 400 Kelby Street in Fort Lee, New Jersey Fort Lee is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 35,461.

Fort Lee was formed by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 29, 1904, from the remaining portions of Ridgefield Township.
. The 19-story, 300,000 square foot building had just recently released a large block of space into the market for the first time in many years. Approximately 30,000 square feet remains.

"We're absolutely delighted to welcome ToysRUs.com to Parker Plaza," said Robert Skolnick, executive vice president at The Jack Parker Corporation, owner of Parker Plaza. "They will be joining such blue chip tenants as The Sumitomo Corporation of America and TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident) Refers to a program that remains in memory when the user exits it in order that it be immediately available at the press of a hotkey.  Wireless."

ToysRUs.com, a worldwide e-tailer for toys, signed a 10-year lease at Parker Plaza for approximately 47,000 square feet. Move in is scheduled for the third quarter 2000. The firm is relocating from Woodcliff Lake, NJ. Steve Frank of CB Richard Ellis represented The Jack Parker Corporation and Laura Pomerantz of Newmark & Company represented ToysRUs.com in the transaction.

"I am very excited about the move to Parker Plaza," said Jonathan Foster, COO!CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  of ToysRUs.com. "We had many opportunities to choose from, but the location, quality and management team at Parker Plaza made this an easy decision.

Built in 1986, Parker Plaza was designed to compete with most prestigious office buildings available in the New York/New Jersey market. The building offers views of Manhattan and NJ's Ramapo Mountains. Amenities include fiber optics fiber optics, transmission of digitized messages or information by light pulses along hair-thin glass fibers. Each fiber is surrounded by a cladding having a high index of refractance so that the light is internally reflected and travels the length of the fiber  and high-speed Internet wiring, and indoor parking.

"The remaining available 30,000 square feet of space in the building will be configured to a tenant's specifications," said Steve Frank of CB Richard Ellis, leasing agent for Parker Plaza.
