CB Richard Ellis finds work at River Drive Development.

CB Richard Ellis announced that it has been named exclusive leasing agent by River Drive Development, LLC for the second phase of the River Front Center, located on River Drive in Elmwood Park, N.J. Phase 1 of this 500,000 s/f mixed-use office and hotel complex has broken ground and is anticipated to be completed in May 2006. Donald M. Sperling, senior vice president of CBRE, will lead the team in marketing this new class A facility.
