On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced that it has closed several leases totaling more than 35,000 s/f at Two Tower Center in East Brunswick, N.J. CBRE Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis (Boston, MA) 
 team of Ward Greer, first vice president, Marc Trevisan, senior vice president, and Ray Sohmer, senior managing director, were responsible for the transactions. The deals included:

The Travelers Insurance Company leased 20,320 s/f at the facility for corporate offices. Cushman & Wakefield's Joseph Sarno and Jeremy Neuer represented the tenant in this transaction.

News America Marketing, an entertainment and news agency, leased 5,000 s/f. CB Richard Ellis served as broker for both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. Scott Pudalov, executive vice president, and Alan Wildes, senior vice president of CBRE's New York New York, state, United States

 office, as well as John Kaye, senior associate, and Oscar Velez, associate of CBRE's New Jersey office, represented News America Marketing, which will use this space for its general office needs.

Tierra Solutions, an environmental management firm, leased 3,800 s/f at the facility. Cushman & Wakefield's Joseph Sarno and Jeremy Neuer represented the tenant in this transaction.

Ameriquest Mortgage Company leased 3,401 s/f at the facility, which it will use for its offices.GVA GVA

Wachovia Securities, LLC renewed its 3,000 s/f lease at Two Tower Center, which the investment company will utilize as its sales department space. GVA Williams' Colton Brown represented the tenant in this transaction.
