The Class A space will serve as the company's Long Island headquarters. Kraig Silver of GB Richard Ellis represented Long Beach Mortgage Co. The lease was co-brokered by Los Angeles-based Centre Realty. In a separate transaction, CB Richard Ellis negotiated a lease for 6,145 square feet at Garden City Plaza at 100 Quentin Roosevelt Boulevard in Garden City, NY on behalf of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
