CB Richard Ellis announced that it arranged three leases totaling 13,799 s/f at 500 West 37 Street, located on 10th Avenue. The broker team of Zachary Freeman, first vice president, Robert Flippin, executive vice president, and Conor Denihan, senior associate, represented the landlord in all three transactions.

* KVA Audio Visual Services signed a 12-year, 7,839 s/f lease for space on the third floor. KVA is set to move into the space early next year. The firm is currently located at 527 W. 34th St., a building scheduled for demolition as part of the Hudson Yards revitalization plan. Michael Gambino and Michael Burgio, of Cushman & Wakefield Inc., represented the tenant.

* Digital advertising firm Ai Media Group signed a five-year, 2,710 s/f lease for space on the fourth floor. The firm is set to move in this month. Terry Robinson, of Prudential Douglas Elliman, represented the tenant.

* WahlRich Group signed a four-year, 3,226 s/f lease on the second floor, relocating from the 15th floor. It will move to the new space in January.

* CBRE also recently closed on a White Plains lease. MMZ Associates, Inc. relocated from their former office space at 660 White Plains Road to 1113 Westchester Avenue in White Plains. Timothy Donohue, senior associate of CB Richard Ellis, represented MMZ Associates, Inc. in the transaction.
