) today announced the sale of two downtown San Francisco office buildings on behalf of Cousins Properties, Inc. and Myers Development Company for an aggregate purchase price of over $285 million.

The properties were located at 55 Second Street, a 379,330 sq. ft. office building, and 101 Second Street, a 387,866 sq. ft. office building. The buyer was Hines Interests, Ltd.

The CB Richard Ellis team of Bob Gilley and Steve Hermann, along with Bill Walsh, Phil Tippett and Darin Bosch arranged the sale.
