), the world's leading real estate services company, today announced that it was chosen by Boeing Realty Co. to exclusively market and sell a 496,509-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse distribution center on a 23.5-acre land parcel in Los Angeles' South Bay.

Construction is expected to be completed in September 2000 on the Harbor Gateway build-to-suit distribution center, located on the 190th Street corridor adjacent to the 405 freeway and Western Avenue in the South Bay.
