 Trust today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly distribution to shareholders of $0.125 (12.5 cents) per share for the fourth quarter 2006.

The distribution will be calculated on a daily basis and paid on January 16, 2007 to shareholders of record during the period from October 1st to December 31st, 2006.
