Real Estate Services Firm Assists International Disaster

Relief Organization in Locating Urgently Needed Warehouse

Space for Storage of Food Commodities

CB Richard Ellis (NYSE:CBG), the world's leading real estate services company, is assisting AmeriCares, the international disaster relief agency, in locating landlords interested in donating warehouse space in the Midwestern United States for the storage of food products.

The urgency of this project is due to a large donation of over 6 million pounds of edible dried beans, to be staged and sent to many of the 130 countries AmeriCares supports over the course of the summer, including Ethiopia, Mozambique, Kosovo, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and Haiti.

This latest project is part of a long-standing relationship between the two organizations. Over the past 6 years, CB Richard Ellis has provided real estate services and logistical distribution assistance to AmeriCares on a complimentary basis.
