) has selected the firm as the exclusive real estate services provider for its non-manufacturing facilities across the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. CB Richard Ellis will provide transaction management, portfolio administration and project management for 31 properties totaling 4.2 million square feet of regional sales and marketing offices, call centers, parts distribution facilities and service training centers throughout the United States. The initial phase of the assignment also includes facilities management The management of a user's computer installation by an outside organization. All operations including systems, programming and the datacenter can be performed by the facilities management organization on the user's premises.  for five of these locations totaling 1.5 million square feet and NNA's soon-to-be-completed 450,000 square foot headquarters facility in Franklin, Tennessee.

For the past eight years, CB Richard Ellis has provided brokerage and portfolio administration services to Nissan North America, primarily in Southern California, including the sale of NNA's Los Angeles-based corporate headquarters facility. NNA relocated to Tennessee in 2006. Under a new five-year contract, CB Richard Ellis' services have now been expanded to include facilities and project management services.
