(CBRE) announced the launch of its Financial & Tax Reporting Services practice within the Valuation & Advisory Services Group, a new initiative that provides clients with a comprehensive array of services to help their financial reporting and transparency requirements. Kyle Redfearn MAI, managing director, is spearheading this new initiative. The group's professionals have technical leadership skills and extensive knowledge of fair value financial and tax reporting standards, and can effectively communicate their findings to clients, auditors and regulatory authorities. The group is led by Mr. Redfearn, based in Dallas, Texas, who has more than 17 years of real estate valuation and consulting experience encompassing all major property types throughout the U.S. and internationally and he has conducted valuations for all types of properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Redfeam headed up the real estate valuation group in the Tax & Financial Reporting practice at Horn Lokey Howard & Zukin. Before that, he was a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche.
