Langdon to the position of senior executive vice president, Organizational Development, North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. .

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Langdon was a commercial real estate broker for a Los Angeles-based firm. He later co-founded Langdon Rieder Strategic Real Estate Services in 1985. During his career, he has completed more than 15 million square feet of engagements in excess of $1.5 billion.

Langdon holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles UCLA comprises the College of Letters and Science (the primary undergraduate college), seven professional schools, and five professional Health Science schools. Since 2001, UCLA has enrolled over 33,000 total students, and that number is steadily rising. .
