CB Richard Ellis' Westchester/Fairfield Private Client Group (PCG) announced the sale of 20 Abendroth Avenue in Port Chester, New York. The PCG team, led by Al Mirin, senior vice president, and Silvia Pogosyan, senior associate, represented the owner, MDL Realty LLC. 20 Abendroth Avenue consists of two buildings that were constructed in 1920 and interconnected to allow ease of access. Sale price was $2,175,000, or $77 per square foot, based on 28,000 rentable square feet. In 2008, the adjacent parcels sold for $1.8 million, or $150 per square foot, based on 12,000 rentable square feet.
