With nearly 70 million square feet under management nationwide, CB Commercial is one of the largest property management firms in the country.

One Times Square, located at the crossroads of Broadway and Seventh Avenue at 42nd Street, is the site of the annual New Year's Eve "ball dropping" ceremony which ushers in the new year.
